Allergens
If a food product contains any of the following allergens then the label must say so clearly and list them in the ingredients list:
- Celery
- Cereals containing gluten (incl' wheat, rye, barley and oats)
- Crustaceans (incl' prawns, crab and lobster)
- Eggs
- Fish
- Lupin (legume from the same family as peanuts)
- Milk
- Molluscs (including squid, mussels, cockles, whelks and snails)
- Mustard
- Nuts
- Peanuts
- Sesame seeds
- Soya beans
- Sulphur dioxide or sulphites [at levels above 10mg per kilogram or per litre]
