Allergens

If a food product contains any of the following allergens then the label must say so clearly and list them in the ingredients list:

Celery
Cereals containing gluten (incl’ wheat, rye, barley and oats)
Crustaceans (incl’ prawns, crab and lobster)
Eggs
Fish
Lupin (legume from the same family as peanuts)
Milk
Molluscs (including squid, mussels, cockles, whelks and snails)
Mustard
Nuts
Peanuts
Sesame seeds
Soya beans
Sulphur dioxide or sulphites [at levels above 10mg per kilogram or per litre]
